What is Follow the Caravan?
Follow the Caravan is a slow-travel journal written by Idir. It follows the old trade routes overland — starting in Morocco and moving on, country by country — and publishes the guides we wish existed: real costs, real transport times, honest verdicts, no sponsored detours.
Everything is organised into four sections: Destinations (country-by-country guides), Travel Guides (themes like the Sahara, trekking and photography), Plan Your Trip (the practical questions), and The Journal (dispatches from the road as they happen).
